Not happy with your purchase?
To return something, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return any products! All returns must be authorised by a Manager at Laugh-Out-Loud HQ within 30 days of receipt.
We do not currently cover the cost of return shipping.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributor. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Change of Mind – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size or variation.
Defective/Damaged Items – Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
Lost in Transit – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
