FEAR for women across the country as gardai on high alert for dangerous sex beast pair
Robert O’Hara, in his 20s, from Tallaght, who was previously jailed for aggravated sexual assault, has been linked to a series of robberies in recent weeks, while Liam Brogan, previously caged for 25 counts of sexual assault, has been accused of pestering women at a shopping centre in Letterkenny
THESE are the two sickos suspected of terrorising people on the streets of the capital and in Donegal.
The Irish Sun can reveal gardai in Dublin are on high alert after Robert O’Hara, in his 20s, from Tallaght, was linked to a series of robberies in recent weeks.
A warning was also put in place across Ireland after it emerged Liam Brogan, 28, from Letterkenny, Co Donegal, was accused of hassling women at a shopping centre in the area.
O’Hara — who was jailed for six years in 2010 for aggravated sexual assault — has been living on the streets of the capital.
But he went missing after he failed to notify gardai of his whereabouts as part of his release conditions.
During his time on the streets, he emerged as a suspect in six muggings.
A source said: “O’Hara is living on the streets but hasn’t gone near Tallaght and gardai are anxious to establish his whereabouts.
“He served a sentence for a very violent offence and there’s always a danger he could strike again.”
